PC Crash/Freeze

Hello, I have a big problem with my PC. Everything works shortly and then a problem occurs. My PC crashes randomly without any notice. By Q-led diagnostics all components are working but I dont know what is the problem. I tested all of the components invidually with success but the pc is still crashing when everything is put together. The PC is the same as I bought it I just added a GTX 1080. It was working fine for 2 years without problems but recently the problems began. Sometimes the pc is working for 2-4 hous in game and sometimes it takes just 5 minutes to crash. Nothing is overheating or showing any obvious signs of problems. I tried even with a different graphics card (GTX 970 100% working in another pc)...same thing. Tried different combinations of RAM slots and memory modules. Also I tried a fresh windows installation with drivers only, no any additional software...same problem. Thank you.

No nothing i even send all files to PCspecialist minidump all the time is same file 0 kb so it mean dont write any.Event log show nothing no critial error's only when i man ual turn off PC beacuse crash.Sry my english is not best

After RMA they change RAM as faulty but still I have same problem,even try ddu and again same thing..Is possible to ram and GF die on same time?

Yes i install new windows like u said via USB format drive befor install... then download driver's only for MB not for GF,same problem.Then i try new version of drivers for GF same thing.
I dont receive BSOD... some time my monitor is green,blue,yellow but SOUND is still going and that only hapends in 3D when im on youtube or movie is nothing normall pc.Some time i play game (world of tanks, or lost of ark ) for 14 hourrs STRAITH no problem some time i have like 20 freezes/crashes in 5 minutes.All temperatures are fine.
Like i said was normal working for 2 years then this happends.

Im using heaven benchmark some time is working just 20 sec some times is working 3 minute.He still freeze but sound is going normaly + in taht heaven GPU temperature is all the time below 60 degre.
So U think is GPU ...anyway was thinkig to buy new GF but with prizes befor 4 months was no point.

You say you haven't installed graphics drivers?

Where are you sourcing your motherboard drivers?

Update on my PC.
Install DDU and remove all drivers. Put 970 inside instal drivers.
Start benchmark all good run for 45 minute nothing happend all ok.But asap i start play game (world of tanks ) my pc freeze and monitor go in power safe mode.My monitor is Dell S3220DGF
Then i need to restart like 4-5 time pc and then is all normal thill next time this thing happend.
PC was already RMA and servis say is RAM faulty they change it but again is same thing...I want to order 3080 but i have fear that i have problem with MB....P
Plz any help

Best thing is to do a clean install to rule out software
