Hi

I purchased a PC from PCS in April and it is how failing to switch on when pressing the power button. There is no beeping, no lights coming on and no noise from the fans. I've tried different power cables and sockets in case it's an external issue to no success. What are my next steps? Specs are pasted below. I've not made any changes to the internal hardware since purchase.

What was the precursor to it failing to power on? Was it moved or any power cut or anything unusual? Are you using a surge protector?

If there's no lights on the motherboard and you're sure the PSU power is on, the it does suggest either the PSU has failed. There should be the basic motherboard lights even when it's switched off if the power is present.

You say you've tried different power cables, so it's not the fuse in the plug.

I'd suggest an RMA if you're sure the above have been checked. If it was getting power, but off, then you would see lights on the motherboard, so suggests it's not receiving any power at all which would suggest the PSU
