I'm looking at replacing my current Windows PC which was supplied by PC Specialist.
The PC would mainly be used for music production (Cubase 8), and photo editing (Adobe's Lightroom).
I'm looking for a PC that would run Cubase with multiple plugins, virtual instruments, audio, effects etc with ease.
It would also need to be used for normal day to day things, such as: internet, emails, creating documents etc.
Partitioning isn't a problem.
My current system has 3 partitions:
1. Win 7 32bit for day to day stuff
2. Win 7 64bit for Cubase and Lightroom
3. Data
Any pointers with Motherboard, Processor, RAM type etc would be much appreciated.
