PC for my brother

Hey guys, need some advice on a build for my brother. He's looking to build something suitable for gaming and video making/editing for Youtube, in terms of budget he's prepared to pay in monthly installments so that's no big deal. It doesn't have to be beastly as such, but having a GTX 980 would be preferable along with an SSD + HDD (2TB). I've tried to get something together but nothing I build seem suitable. Thanks.

That is a good point I meant more on the lines of quad sli's etc etc. Around £1000-1200. No more than around £45 in monthly payments I guess.
