Pc just stops turning on

Hi all first time posting so I hope this is in the right place. Basically last night I go to turn my pc on but it doesn't turn on. It's relatively brand new, having brought it in late November from pc specialist. And im just wondering what sort of things should I do to help trouble shoot the issue and resolve the issue ASAP

Edit sorted it out was cmos battery

Do you see any lights at all inside the PC?
Is the kettle lead inserted fully?
Is the mains switch on the PSU switched on?
Have you tried plugging into a different wall socket?
If the plug has a fuse have you checked it?

What'd that help with??
Otherwise we have no idea what we're working with?

There could be several components leading to it not booting, without knowing what the specs are, it's pointless even attempting a guess.

Plus this forum is only for support on PCSpecialist systems, so it helps us identify if you're a customer or not.

There's a sticky on it by @SpyderTracks, saves loads of back and forth.
