I have a suspicion that my PC unit doesn't like my monitor. I recently bought an msi 4k monitor and it hadn't recognised the display picture when booting up with my PC. It kept beeping like it was telling me that something wasn't right. Hope someone can help or give me some advice. Thanks Dan

Is this a PCS pc? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

How have you connected the new display? HDMI or DP? Did you use the cable that came with the monitor?

Can you post a photo of the back of the pc with the cables connected?

That’s the monitor, need the pc.

You can only use one display cable. For PCs it’s best to use dp. HDMI is more for consoles or media center stuff to tvs.

What’s are you doing with this monitor? It’s a gaming monitor but your gpu is nowhere near powerful enough to drive it?
