I emailed PCSpecialists Technical Support because of a constant message I was getting, he told me to type into CMD,
C:\windows\system32>sysprep\sysprep.exe/generalize /oobe /shutdown.
Once I did that it started saying,
'Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer.'
However, when I start the computer, that message just pops up again.
I emailed the technical support again and he told me to type the message into CMD again.
I did this but now it says
"Fatal error while trying to sysprep the machine."
Anyone know how to fix this and can tell me what is up with my PC?
