Pc Problems.

Hi, I have been experiencing some problems with my pc. One of my problems is that the pc starts running loud out of nowhere. It will run normally then it it will just suddenly start running loud for 5 seconds and then go back to normal (This happens around 7-8 times a day, if not more). My other problem is that in the past 2 months my pc has turned off on its own 3 times. When i turn it back on its fine but it doesn't leave any error code or message that could indicate why its happening. This is very strange as it is a fairly new pc. These problems are starting to be a regular thing. I have contacted pc specialist support and they have advised me to send in the pc back to them but I'm not able to do that because i am i full time student and i need the Pc everyday. I hope someone has an idea what the problem is and can let me know.

Are you able to determine the source of the increase in noise? Presumably it's fans, but is it the case fans or GPU fans?
When you say turns itself off, are you actively using the PC at the time and it suddenly shuts down? Does it restart itself or do you have to restart it?

How long have you had your PC? and have you performed any maintenance on it since getting the machine? eg. clearing dust out, repasting?

Can you run a program like HWMonitor and check your temperatures of your CPU / GPU when idle and when under load please?

Im not too sure which fans are doing this but i think its the fans that are used in the AIO. Also when the PC Just shuts off, and then i have to turn it back on using the ON button on the Pc and this has happened whilst im playing and when its not being used.

I have had the Pc for about 5 months now and i have only took off the front and side glass panel to clear the dust. I have already ran HWMonitor and checked temperatures both when playing and idling and the temps are good (They stay low).

If you install iCue, you can make sure your temps and pump speeds are ok on the cooler.

What’s your Windows update situation like? Updates and patches that are not regularly applied can have an adverse effect on stability and general performance. Can you take a screenshot of the update page for us, please? 👍

If you have icue , keep it open so you can see all the connected devices and see if the aio disapears from the icue devices and comes back again, a bit like if you unplugged and plugged it back in . My pc is away at moment and some of what you described sounds a little simular to issue i have

well for me it was gaming and none gaming, so i just left the icue software open on my second monitor . i would then see the aio vanish, fans ramp up , led on aio cpu block turn off . Then it would all come back on again. . and star working as it should. This would happen now and again or once every couple of minutes. I would also get a usb connect disconnect noise .

This is why my pc has gone back to pcs , and from research i have done it could be a power issue from motherboard to aio .This may not be your issue , just sharing if it helps
