Hi, i got my PC today, i am very happy about it, thank you guys for your nice work but i have a problem, first time when i turned it on it didn't show anything on the screen, i turned off my pc and i took out the monitor cable and put it back in, everything was okay, windows started but it is in red colour only, everything is now, i am typing from my new pc now and it looks like painted into red colour, i had free 30 day trial, i thought it is because of that so i installed windows XP and problem didn't go away, i checked all the monitor and pc cables put them out and back in, problem doesn't go away, please help?:(

If your confident opening the case, try reseating the Graphics card & check connections.
Did you try another cable?

The drivers would have been installed when you first tried the PC,so I doubt if that's the problem.
Having said that you will need to install drivers for the XP OS.
