PC Specialist build quality question

I don't have a PC from PC specialist yet, but decided to take a quick look at the support forum out of curiosity. A bit concerned, to be honest, about seeing a lot of people having problems with things such as power packs blowing up. Of course, it's hard to judge what percentage of customers actually have problems, and most companies don't even have forums like this.

Do any existing customers have any opinions on the quality of PC specialist builds? If a PC is built by a less experienced builder, does someone more experienced inspect the work?

Thanks.

You need to bear in mind that everyone who has a problem posts on here looking for help. Only a tiny percentage of those whose builds are perfect bother to post.

These fora are thus massively skewed towards the problem end.

The one thing you will see is that PCS respond quickly to problems, their after sales service is one of the reasons many of us keep buying from them. In those very few cases where the customer wants a refund they are paid without any hassle.

PCS won't leave you in the lurch nor spend weeks arguing about whether there's a problem at all. :)

And take a look at this beauty delivered recently, works 100% as it should, no technical issues and a cracking bit of cable management. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
