PC Specialist Laptop Control Center not working?

Hey everyone, so my PC Specialist laptop's control center (the program that control my fan power level) has started to stop working as of recent. The last time it was working, there was nothing wrong that i could see and i shut down my laptop whilst it was open (like I usually do) and today, every time i try to open it, it comes up with the "ControlCenter has stopped working" error twice. Anyone know what's going on?

Have you tried doing a full reboot? Always putting the laptop to sleep rather than a full shutdown will eventually cause issues with some programs. Every once in a while you need to shut down fully.

Strange...The program has randomly decided to start working again after I left it for 20 minutes...(Sorry for double post)

Where the hell do I get this? the fans have been driving me up the bloody wall!
