Hi, no I haven’t tried doing that. How do I do this then ?
Ah, ignore me, I’d read it wrong.

How full is your c drive?

With reading smart status with CrystalDiskInfo (standard edition)

i have attached the Crystalmark status of the C:drive
I would contact PCS and ask about a BIOS update

May also be worth testing your RAM with Memtest86:

Regarding the error, firstly make sure all your windows updates and optional updates are applied, that's normally related to quite an old version of windows.
Also, if it's still installed you need to fully uninstall Bullguard, it's rubbish and causes no end of problems

Would be worth opening cmd as admin and running the following 2 commands:

sfc /scannow
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

If that doesn't resolve it, it's related to whatever RGB software which is RGB Fusion, make sure that's up to date, if it is, uninstall it and reinstall it.

my issue with being stuck on the loading screen seems to be fixed.

I have uninstalled Bullguard and my PC is completely up to date for windows.

the error keeps flashing with i open RGB fusion on my pc

The BSOD Doctor
The problem appears to be with the ene.sys driver which doesn't load properly at boot time. This isn't an uncommon problem but rather than me detail how to recover there is some good advice here.
