PC Specialist UFO Surge Protector isn't working right.

Hello there,

I recently received my desktop from PC Specialist (which is awesome by the way) but the one thing I noticed wrong with my UFO was that three plugs work (Master Plug, Always on plugs) but the other three bland ones never work when I put anything into them, I looked for a switch on it but there appears to be no way to activate them.

Could anyone please tell me how to fix this or how to activate the other three plugs? thank you in advance.

Just going to throw that out there, have you checked the fuse for minds sake?

Well if I can type this message, it means the fuses are working fine.

Three sockets work which is connected to my desktop, monitor and subwoofer while the other three I left alone after testing other plugs with those three sockets including using the desktop, monitor and subwoofer for good measure.

Basically to put it short, three work and the other three don't work.

Try plugging your PC into the "Master Socket",if it's not already.
The master socket needs to detect a current before the slave sockets will work
If no current is detected by the master socket it automatically switches the devices plugged into the Slave Sockets off,
so when you shut the PC down the slave sockets are switched off & when you start the PC up it will switch the slave sockets on.
If it still doesn't work you have a faulty unit.
