Does he mean that Windows restarts? That's a sign that there is a problem in Windows.

Did you run Windows Update as soon as you got it? If not please run Windows Update repeatedly until no more updates are found.

Windows is up to date checked and checked. Ran it as soon as we started using it. Still going off after a few minutes. £1300 spent on this machine.

As you bought it from Currys rather than direct from PCS I would advise taking it back to Currys.

Don't let them fob you off telling you that it's PCS's problem - it's not, it's theirs because they sold it to you.

If a car dealer sells you a new Ford that breaks down the responsibility is the dealers, not Ford's.
