PC Start up issue

since I have had my new PC she has failed to respond to being turned on by the on button twice.
each time I followed the PC Specialist guide and turned the PC off by unplugging the kettle lead from the pc and waiting for the RGB lights to turn off. Then reattaching the power lead to the PC and then she boots up with no problem.
any ideas to how I can track down what’s causing this? Or is this normal for the current PC’s.

You have an AMD build and four RAM sticks running at 3600MHz and we have what appears to be a known issue with this config, though not starting properly isn't a common manifestation of this issue. Can you export your System logs please, upload them either here (if they'll fit) or to the cloud with a link here. Details of how to do that can be found here.

Hi Thanks I read about the problem with the AMD and changed my order from 4 sticks to 2.
There is nothing obvious in your System log. I don't see any of the WHEA errors we see with the four RAM sticks issues, so I think you're ok there. :)

Your Application log has a lot of application hang and application error entries but these are for game and audio applications, so these aren't related to your power on problem.

I don't think you have the four RAM sticks problem but you do have a problem it would seem, most likely hardware of some sort I'd think. I would suggest you call PCS, you can point them at this thread. I suspect it will need to go back for an RMA...

Thank you for taking the time to have a look at my problem. I will contact PCS.
