PC turning on for 3 seconds then turning off

Hi there.

I bought a custom PC from you guys around 2 months ago, I used it quite a bit for the first month then not so much the start of the second month. I then went away for a week to come back to my PC not working (it had been sitting there plugged in but with the switch off at the back). I turns on with all lights showing, beeps then turns off again and the only way to get it to do that again is to unplug it for at least 30 seconds. I've had a little read up on what it could be and it seems like is maybe the PSU, if that is the case is it as simple as me sending it back to you for repair under warranty? (If the problem cannot be solved through email/this forum)

Please can you get back to me as this is really bugging me, I don't get how it can just not work even though it worked fine the last time I used it.

Thanks,

Dean.

The BSOD Doctor
How many times does it beep? On start up it does a Power On Self Test (POST) and if there are problems it beeps a certain number of times to indicate where the error is and then turns off.

It might be worth opening it up an checking that everything is still seated properly, that all connectors are properly in etc.
