Pc Upgrade, is this worth?

Then get a system that already has a powerful GPU, and the monitor, for £1800-ish:

Buying a really powerful GPU you can't use for a few months (because of not being able to buy an appropriate monitor) is bad value. Because you're missing out on what the GPU has to offer, and by the time you can 'unlock' that with a decent monitor, new GPUs will probably have come out anyway. So you won't be using the potential of your (e.g.) RTX 2070 Super until it's already last generation.

The RX 5700 XT is only a few £ more than the RTX 2060 Super, but is quite a bit more powerful. It is a very good 1440p gaming GPU, and the spec below includes a decent 1440p monitor.

The R7 3700x will do very well for streaming and gaming. 1TB SSD should be plenty for games to start you off.

And the cooling from the case and the CPU cooler should be very good too.

Is the ultra quiet power supply really worth it?

That's not even the ultra quiet one really, the really, really, quiet one is the RMx 750. I would personally bump it up to that as it's fully modular, allows for even more headroom and runs silent most of the time.

if you're powering £1400+ worth of hardware, it makes sense to get the better quality, more efficient, and modular TXm series instead of the budget-level VS series. As above, you could even upgrade to the RMx series which is even better quality (though it's not essential).

Ok thanks guys I’m about to order, one last thing. Does the case matter or can I just pick whatever I think looks best?

The case matters a lot, for airflow / cooling the bits inside, as well as for features.

Avoid the V200 as the airflow is really not great.

Corsair 570X is a very good case - if you like the look of it, go for it.

Hello! I just ordered it and I'm so excited, thanks so much for your help! I have one last question, I went with the Corsair 570X case and in the picture, it's red (The circles) If I get blue LED strips will that change the circles to blue or will they always be red? If so where would the LED strips go?

You are better to get RGB strips. That way you can colour co-ordinate regardless of which colour takes your fancy. The X570 is RGB so you can make it any colour you wish, purchasing strips to match would make sense.
