PC won’t boot on

Hey all. I have gotten my new PC from PCSPECIALIST back in february. It’s been working fine up until now. I recently cleaned it out from the dust and when I tried to turn it on, there was 4 beeps. 1 long and 3 short ones. I tried to take out the RAM and put it back in another slot to see if that would fix the problem but it continued. On top of that, the HDMI is connected to my monitor but it says no signal. I’m not quite sure what’s going on with it and I’m very worried. I don’t really want to touch anything in case I break something.

Attached are my specs

One long beep followed by three short beeps is a graphics error, I believe. Maybe the graphics card isn't seated properly? If you feel confident doing it, you could try removing the graphics card and reseating it. Otherwise I'd call PCS for support.

in addition to this try turning the monitor on first, if that doesn't help then check ALL the connections inside

I messaged PCS and they said it’s a graphics card error and said to remove it and reseat it. I did just that but it still does the same thing
