No, it's just run via the buttons on the case, it's not actually linked to motherboard or a controller.

Ahh okay, just odd as the colour cycles aren't right on it.

They have some static colours and also slow flashing ones, but the only colour I want is flashing but not static.

Hopefully that makes sense.
