PCS SSD Active time 100%

Hi,

I recently received my new PC from PC Specialists and after about a month or so my SSD appears to be bottlenecking... It's constantly running at 100% utilisation and active time, with latencies of as much as 8000ms. It constantly seems to be writing data at 30mbps+ but I can't tell where to.

I've done the obvious checking processes in task manager and trying to run a disc check fix through CMD prompt. I've ran a sad health check too. I've also ran 3 different anti virus program scans incase it's that.

I can barely use the PC, it takes ages to load anything.

There is no stress test or anything running in the background.

The PC is running on windows 10 and is using a 512GB PCS SSD.

When you go into Task Manager, which, if any, of the processes are using the disk? Normally TM changes the colour of the boxes to highlight possible issues?

How many AV suites do you have installed? And what are they?

Can you post your full specs from the order page?
