Perfect Specs for 3D modelling and Rendering

Hello everyone,
Can somebody reccomend some good specs for a workstation to do 3d modelling and rendering and post production work?
The software I use are: SketchUp, V-Ray Next, Photoshop, Lightroom.
I was looking at the
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Processor
and for graphic card
NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO Graphics Card '8GB
???
Or would your reccomend an intel i9 instead with a quadro card???
