...Works fo me... doublke check what you are entering, what noises, messages are you getting when it wont go through?
Or is it saying it doesnt exist? (in which case you must have number wrong)

no, just the 11 digits, you arent dialing internationally.


its a regular landline right? no locks on dial out etc? home phone not an office with 9 needed for outside line?

For me works fine. Try 00443330117000. If doesn't connect, there's something wrong with your phone line or landline plan (maybe just local calls only are allowed or something, have no idea).

I just tried phoning them, very briefly but definitely got into their system (where you can choose who you want to talk to), so the phone line is working

Occasionally landlines do (or as suggested earlier maybe it has 03 numbers blocked, but dunno), do you have a mobile with landline calls included, if so use that

Can't use a mobile atm, just gonna have to hope it all sorts itself out sadly.

Why don't you email them instead? I know it will take a few days to get the answer. But it's better to get some clarity after a few days rather than not querying at all.

I have already and got a quick response as well, sadly they said call the number. I've emailed again but the last response took 5 hours so I'm not expecting another until moday or Tuesday sadly
