You are probably going to get advised to up the cooler to a h115i

It's lovely but it's overpowered for your requirements.

What are the monitors? Are you planning to game on both or is one just for display?

Apologies - added the URL now.

The budget is basically whatever is fit for purpose - not anything overkill 2,500-4kish - I only plan on gaming on one of the monitors as I want to use the other for editing and viewing the stream on my end.

I am also on the look out for a 1440p 144hz monitor or a 4k one but these seem to be rare to find - especially a decent price.

Like I said I just want this build to be optimised - not overpowered. Any suggestions welcome - Thank you!

Do you game competitively? You realise the 240Hz one is 1080p which is considered very poor these days unless you're gaming competitively and reducing settings to the minimum?

Yeah I do of course - I will be reducing settings so its not a big deal, its the 240HZ that I need. 4k is for everything else.

As for the 4k, the monitor you've selected is a gaming panel 60Hz, but it's a very low quality panel as a trade off for having a higher response rate.

If you're not using it for gaming, I'd suggest a higher quality panel which would give a much better experience:
