I read the SSd was not that good also the RAM is not much different from 1600MHz the motherboard also I have read its not the best choice and will I benefit from a soundcard, Thanks.

Looks unbalanced. You don't need a soundcard unless you need something specific, an i5 would be fine for gaming and the v300 suffers from performance issues. Motherboard wise you could get the z97-a or gigabyte hd3 depending on whether or not you need sli and for gaming 8gb ram is plenty.

Ok thanks
I was going to change it to
MOTHERBOARD = Z97X Gaming 3
RAM = 16GB KINGSTON HYPER-X BEAST DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (I dont want to have to buy more RAM in the future and I am considering overclocking ?)
SSD = 250 GB Samsung 840 evo
SOUND = On Board 5.1
Is this better and what about the RAM are you sure 8Gb will do for the coming years of gaming ? Thanks .

8gb ram is plenty for now and probably near future, i personally don't see a good reason to get so much ram now when you can easily add more later. You planning to sli you need 850w psu otherwise no reason to get a motherboard that supports sli. You could try onboard audio first and see how it goes

mm true about the SLI it would require more power, so that motherboard has PCI-E 16 x3 and do i even need it ? what about the ASUS maximus vii ranger ? do you recommend it ? thanks again

I given you my recommendations on motherboards above. If you sli z97-a if you don't gigabyte hd3. Anything more expensive doesn't mean better for gaming.
