Hiya. 
I have just purchased a new desktop PC from PCS, and I'm having a couple of issues. I don't know if you guys are even able to help with this kind of thing, but if you could it would be much appreciated.
My first issue is that I have downloaded the DIVX codec, and it appears to be all installed with no problems, however when I go to try and use the codec, the option doesn't appear to be there.
Another issue I'm having, is that even though Digital Theatre Desktop Player and Adobe Air (which is required to run it) both seem to have downloaded without a hitch, my production just buffers and won't play. If anybody can give me some idea as to why this is I'd be very grateful. Thank you!
