Pls help with PC build

Hi all. I've been a mac user for about 18 yrs now but I'm moving back to PC and I need help with a build, bearing in mind I know very little of what the components are (aside from what I've learned in the last few days).

My budget is roughly £1200 and I mainly want to use it for Photoshop work but also to play Baldurs Gate 3 (I'd be happy with high settings, not that bothered about ultra)

It seemed I could afford an Intel i7 13000 and a 12gb NVidia geforce 3060. But then it seemed it'd mean all the power/cooling components I'd need to support them would end up sending me over budget.

So could I ask for any advice please.
