250GB SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 6400MB/R, 2700MB/W) more then enough for windows 10 and updates wont be using that drive for anything else and im one of those that does a clean install every 6 - 8 months so should be sufficient but in a ideal world would be 500gb maybe by time march rolls around i will change it :D

In all seriousness upgrading the M.2 on my build from the 1tb PCS one is the only thing I keep looking at. I did consider getting a faster 512gb but I want to Chuck flight sim on it

My ssd is over 70% full and the speed difference is basically unnoticeable, i think a 70% full 980 would almost certainly still be faster than a 10% full PCS one.

How big is Windows 10 roughly out of curiosity? Don’t actually have a system with it on at present 😂.

Flight Sim is 150gb but realistically 200gb down the line. So a 512 sammy could be realistic

(I have a 2tb sata SSD for other games/files)

It’s roughly about 35Gb just for the OS, but then you have OneDrive storage and other things which can bloat it if not moved to another drive.
