Possible to run the 680m on Battery?

Hello. I was wandering if it's possible for my 15.6" Vortex III to run on the 680m? I know the battery life will drop a lot but I don't really mind about that. E.g When I'm playing Amnesia, if I'm on battery it detects that the 680m exists, but it runs at 20fps, however when I plug it in it goes up to 60fps. Thanks.

Its something i've never needed to try with mine but I assume you can. There must be a setting in NVIDIA options or the Clevo Control Panel to force it to 'High Performance' instead of 'Power Saving', which it probably defaults to when you're unplugged.

Best way to check is to have a look around your power settings. You can force the laptop to run full power on batteries, although it will probably cry about it.
