POST Bleep Not Working on Reboot

Hi Guys,

I have an ASUS Rampage IV Mobo, When i boot the computer up it normally sounds a POST. (on previous computer's this POST sound would emit during reboots too) however since having the MOBO replacement it seems that the POST sound will only bleep during a cold boot. This sometimes doesnt work what so ever.


Is this normal? I just spoke to Matthew on the phone whom explained this is was normal however I did talk to the RMA manager whom thought it could be the power/OS saying the computer is in sleep mode rather than reboot mode.


I'm really confused...

I think it's best if you keep to your original thread rather than making a new one. I will reply on that one, but for now i will close this thread.
