Potential High-End Gaming Build

Here is my probably very over-the-top draft build.

Uses: Every day very heavy use, with heavy Gaming, browsing, movies/videos/studying/word processing. Modern graphics-heavy Gaming is its primary goal with maximum graphics (including RTX, Overdrive and Ray-reconstruction and other new features) and performance. Not a fan of AMD stuff as had issues with longevity previously so I have stuck with brands I know well and have confidence in. Play a lot of simulation games (Train and flight sims) that are very heavy on RAM and storage space (200-300gb each currently) hence gone for multi-SSD-storage (was thinking to even add a third Larger SSD and perhaps a smaller primary windows drive). Although do multi m.2s reduce the PCIE lanes and performance?

Monitor: Will be upgrading from a 1440p monitor (going to end up being my secondary monitor) to a 27" 4K High refresh-rate IPS G-Sync monitor. Currently looking at the ASUS XG27UQR 27" 4K G-SYNC ROG STRIX, but this is currently out of stock on the config but will be keeping an eye on the upcoming black Friday sales (I think anything bigger than 27" will be an issue for my desk space).

Budget: Up to 5K, As I tend to just get a new computer when they go wrong or require a significant upgrade, and having the money to spend at present (early Xmas gift to myself), hence aiming to what is the best currently to get the maximum amount of graphical detail and performance as possible which is available. Chose the case as it's aesthetically pleasing and goes full hog with RGB. Also, put a maximum amount of fans for effective cooling knowing the I9s and 4090s are major heat sources (and it looks grade with a full set!). I have also typically always air-cooled my PCs so this will be my first with any water cooling in. Longevity, reliability, and power are major important points (therefore don't usually overclock anything).

(Upgrading from an I7-6700K, 16GB RAM and 2070super which is playing up, being handed down to my daughter and just not cutting it anymore for me)

Any suggestions and thoughts are appreciated, especially things that may not work well together or are just generally very wrong, thanks!
