If I buy a 850W TX Series does it use 850w all the time? that it's on or only the power that it uses atm it's around 500w that it'll use, but would I better with a 750w for the power bills and better off.
The difference in wattage of 100w in power supply wouldn't save any significant amount of money on your bills, and the power supply will not be using the full 850w all the time,
It only uses the power that the components use so it won't make any difference, if your components are only need 300w then your power supply will only be supplying 300w.
