Hi, hoping someone could help clarify the status of my order.
It is still in Pre-Production on 13th working day and I have had conflicting info about components that were out of stock.
Initially, the case and CPU were out. The CPU arrived on the Friday, and the case on the monday, but I then received an email 3 days later saying the CPU was due in the following day!
I have emailed but these seem to take a few days to get picked up and I'm just curious what the current status is and the likely timescale for the Build to start.
Apologies for being impatient, though I am very concerned my current PC is going to die on it's knees (if I don't throw it out a window first)
