so ordered over 12 days ago and my order is still in Pre-Production on the 9th working day and everything is in stock.. is this normal?

Remember that once your PC goes into build, it is generally only a day or two til it's dispatched, cos it speeds up a lot, so it's nothing to worry about

Mine just went into "In building" this morning on the 14th working day.

You can call and ask about your order and see if there's anything you can change to make things go faster, but on the whole, it'll most likely be a little while longer until things start moving.

Because it was in the 'show off my new pc' forum, which is didn't really think was relevant for the thread since it wasn't showing off a new PC and figured this was a better place for it anyway
