problem with my new laptop

hi there ,

just got my laptop form dpd

i was extremely happy u can imagine what does it mean for game to get new toy

now whats the problem:

from time to time my laptop just gets blank black and seems nothing is working on it ,

for example after i press rate system on control panel it gets blank black straight away

or if i leave it until im smoking (it means 2-3 minutes) it gets blank black and nothing seems to work again until u press restart button(i mean turn it off and on again)

is there anybody who had the same problem mb its just few clicks away from making it all good or mb its foulty machine i just got an hour ago ?

another thing is :

i got my laptop with pcspeacialists cd inside cdrom already but non of the drivers are working from it , when im trying to open the cd it says YOUR OS IS NOT COMPATIBLE im using windows 7 home premium

Did you order an OS with the laptop. If so then the drivers are already installed. if you installed your own os, which version is it? 32 or 64 bit, and did you tell PCS the correct version when ordering?

Now all that's is faily meaningless if it keeps going black all the time. When you say "goes black" is the screen still on with the fans spinning or is to 100% dead?

It could be something is knocked loose in transit, or if you installed your own OS it might not be working correctly. Best bet is call the callcentre, number is in my sig.
