Do you have a TV you can connect the PC to via HDMI? When it switches on and the keyboard lights up. Try hitting F1.

Hello Scott, thanks for your reply bud, I called PC specialist this morning and spoke to tech.

He talked me through trying a few things, removing and inserting the card, ram, checking the SATA leads.

He said it's an odd one as it went through an 11 hour test before dispatching, anyway he came to the conclusion it may be the graphics card.

I disconnected and took the card out and plugged it into the Motherboard graphics and the PC worked.

I have a new one coming out to me tomorrow to swap for the old one. If that doesn't work I will give it a go.

Thanks for the comments, appreciate it!

If it works on the motherboard, then there's definitely something amiss with the GPU...the system may have got knocked in transit and caused damage...or maybe there was an issue but the testing didn't highlight it. Testing doesn't always pick up on everything....back in 2000 I bought a system which randomly BSOD, sometimes 3-4 times a day, sometimes not for days....it went back to the shop 6 times in 2 years and they could never work out the fault (of course, it was PC World so no guarantee they actually tried to fix it!!)....in the end their mobile engineer came out and replaced the motherboard (I did neglect to mention that I got so frustrated with a BSOD that I slammed my fist down on the tower and it completely stopped working)....anyway, one motherboard replacement later and never had an issue from that day on.

Yeah hopefully I'll plug my new card in and it'll work, something tells me its never that easy! Next stage would be for them to have it back, I ordered it 18th November, and received it yesterday, so been a long long old wait.

Fingers crossed, thanks for the reply!
