The only clean installs ive done is cleaning all files etc, through a USB. im not sure if ive done any different installs.

A clean install is a clean install, there's only one way to do it, any guide will be fine.

You can't have done it already, takes about 30 minutes to install windows, then you have to configure drivers, then install your software.

I don't know what you've done but you haven't clean installed.

No i did it about 4 months ago, issue still persisted

i dont know what configuring drivers means, i watched a video on how to clean install a few moments ago, and thats exactly what i had done twice a few months ago. I followed the exact same steps and I was able to use my PC like before a clean install, but I still had the same issues i mentioned before
