PS4 is apparently in the making. Imo should be cheaper considering the out of date technology in them

They used to cost Sony about £500.00 to build per unit so they've lost a lot of money selling the actual consoles (making money on games, accessories etc) I don't know if the new ones are cheaper to manufacture but you can't expect them to lower the prices too much more.

Yeah i was probably being a bit dismissive there, £200 for a decent gaming system is still cheap when compared to a PC.

yeah plus u know u never have to upgrade it to be able to play the latest games.

For cheap and convenient gaming consoles are definitely there. For the enthusiast, PC's are the only way to go though for sure.
