Is there anything i can alter to over clock and with out over heating anything by altering these values?. Ive not done so yet apart from setting it to IOT mode in the overclocking option mode which means Inteligent Overclocking. I just want to see if i can make it more overclocked doing it manualy.

Thanks for any info and if you need any more info on my bios please ask.

If you haven't replaced the standard CPU cooler then it's not a good idea since it will overheat.

you could probably overclock a little, but first i recommend at least cleaning out the dust from the CPU cooler or getting a new cooler
