PC in QC for 4+ days is this a problem?

Well the flow chart does say QC should be 1-2 days unless a problem occurs, so maybe. Are you including the weekend in that, as I'm sure it needs to be discounted if you are.

However, your best bet is going to be to call PCS tomorrow and ask them. You'll only get speculation, not official answers, here.

Called PCS today and they confirm a problem of "freezing" looking into why.

Better we find it than we ship it out and it fails. We will of course test and re-test yur computer to ensure it meets our standards before we dispatch. Apologies for the delay.
