Question about ASUS Optimal Mode

Hi,

In the bios, there is an option to select ASUS Optimal Mode.

I have an Intel Core i5 4570.

Will I see any actual benefit of enabling it?

You probably would see a small performance increase although the auto over-clocking would play hell with your CPU voltages. What CPU cooler do you have?
