The price is fixed at the time you place your order. Prices go up and down all the time based on availability, supply and demand. You can always cancel and reorder if you think you can get it cheaper.

I would strongly suggest your reconfigured build differs if the price difference is that much, there's likely something you're missing off the new configuration.
@SpyderTracks just double checked it exact same have emailed them see what they say as its still processing crazy i brought it at 1pm and 3pm its that much different

@ColEyt i followed the instructions and clicked the link it shows the same £1051 inc vat but i was charged £1194 an hour before

thats whats confusing me so much how can the price be so different in an hour or did i get an incorrect price valuation i have emailed them see what they say very unclear as to what happened

It sounds like you were just unlucky with timings. To deal with it sooner, I'd give PCS a call. Their emails are taking about a week to respond to at the moment so you could be waiting a while. You could either ask if they'd honour the new price (I'd make sure you save it as a quote on your account so you have it handy) or cancel and re-order.
Also, honestly, this isn't a very well specced system at all and there's a lot you could change. If you give us your budget, monitor info (make and model or resolution and refresh rate) and what you'll be using the PC for we'll be able to get you a much more balanced build together which you could use when you come to re-order.
Also I see you have no Windows OS in your spec, do you already have a PC you can take a key from or a legitimate copy? If not you'll have to have one included in your build.

Interesting ill see if they honour the new deal prob try get in touch with them tomorrow my monitor ill be buying is a gigabyte g27qc 165 hz monitor and my budget for the pc was £1200 if you have any alternatives I'd consider cancelling and re ordering for sure I thought it would be best for my budget
