standard and silver offers parts for 1 year, gold 2 years and platinum 3 years. If you buy an overclocked cpu it would be covered by the warranty you have chosen.
Something to bare in mind, I would assume the OC'd processor is covered however if you change the OC settings and end up damaging the CPU through that then it may not be covered by PCS (might be worth seeking clarification from them directly on this).
