PC is on it's way back now, DPD guy was not very gentle with the entire package so god only Knows what kind of state it will arrive lol.

haha Moose are you saying my confidence is misplaced :p, I am sure jack will do a great job

Jack got my system sorted in no time when I experienced a few issues with my system.

Noo I was saying you will only succeed with confidence :)

Very true, well DPD have knocked my confidence a little today because from the sounds of things they have failed to deliver the PC back even though they collected it at 5pm yesterday and the tracking number that was given to me is not working either.

Think I am cursed with bad luck lol

This is on the bench at the moment and we think we have got the system running at stable at 4.6GHz atm. We've replaced your CPU as a precaution as agreed.

It seems to be holding it's weight but we're going to test it overnight and make sure it's not being a you-know-what. So hopefully we will have some good news tomorrow for you.

Great news mate  cannot wait to hear the news, how is the ram running? I bet it is horrendous working in this heat when testing a pc with heat issues lol

Sadly not, we only have two types of weather in yorkshire:

too bloody cold
too bloody hot

Currently it is the second one.

Just a quick update on matter regarding my PC.

Whilst the first time I sent back the PC for RMA left a lot to be desired, this time it has been nothing but fantastic.

I have been fully updated every step of the way because of Jack, and the fault report for the RMA was clear and concise, my cpu is running at 4.6 ghz and my ram now at 2133mhz which I am extremely pleased with and after 4 hours of a high load stress test and 16 hours of a burn in test the temps maxed out at 86 degrees which is brilliant considering how hard the stress tests push the cpu and how far they are away from real world use so I imagine gaming now will leave me with really suitable temperatures for sure.

Anyway the PC has been dispatched so once I receive it I will write my impressions on it after a few days gaming and let everyone know how it is doing, but as for now I am very impressed with the way my complaints have been dealt with and think PCS and Jack in particular has handled the situation fantastically.

So thank you very much :) and I cannot wait to get the beast back in action again.

That's great, I guess I will see you more often in steam once you get your system back :)
Have you considered the mesh side window for the 600t?

What game needs a 4.6GHz CPU?

You will be surprised the difference it makes to cpu intensive games such as ArmA for example like Jak said, plus gaming is not the only thing I use my PC for, 3d modelling, video editing, live streaming, game recording among many other cpu intensive things, plus I participate in folding every so often so every little bit of power helps.
