Quote system gone mad?

I can't get or save my quote, even though it is in the quotes drop down box.
When I try to order, I get this message: "Unfortunately your card was not processed successfully because there was an error with your quotation. Please login to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of this page and re-attempt the transaction."

Even though I am logged in!

What on earth is going on? I'm on Win 10 and using Google Chrome browser.

I'd give them a call mate I'm sure they can pull your quote up and take payment over the phone.
