ok after installing the softwear, it's showing the RAM as 1064MHz as it's a DIMM dual in-line memory module that means you have to times the number, this case being 1064 x 2 = 2128Hz. basicaly, times the number by 2Hi there.
Received my PC today and i was just checking the specs against what i ordered and i noticed using an app called Speccy that the RAM was showing as 1064mhz but i ordered 3200mhz. Is this correct or can i confirm it any other way?
Thanks
well you can ask PCS to talk you through it step by step if you like over the phone? I understand if you dont feel up to doing it, if you have never done it before it can be quite daunting. I hope you get it sortedNot really that comfortable, but i'll have a look. Thanks
depending on what you are doing it can make a big diffrence, if browsing web not at all, playing games will add more FPS and faster prosessing of data in RAM, as you have the system you have I would advise getting the RAM to the speed it should be, maybe this video will help explane somethings. How much difference will it make overall though, if i decide to leave it as is?
