Hi all, hoping for some insight on this pc I have configured, I currently game on the series x and looking to trump that graphically and performance wise, the display the rig will be connected to is a LG OLED C1. Configuration is attached below.
(Edit): going to mainly be used for gaming and hoping to utilise the full capabilities of the hdmi 2.1 sockets

Below has all the same toys as above with the one main change being the GPU. The 7900GRE is the best value GPU available from PCS just now. It doesn't have the Raytracing chops of Nvidia and the upscaling is a bit more finessed. It gets you inside budget with pretty much the same visual horsepower though (Circa 10-15%).

It's down to what you want really. Someone else had a similar budget in mind, similar spec was recommended.

AMD offer the best value, FPS per £ in relation to rasterization.
Nvidia offer the best performance in Ray Tracing
AMD give far more vRAM per £, it's becoming more and more important
Nvidia win VR performance hands down, AMD just can't seem to get the swing on it.
