Re-use ARMA disc?

I was going to sell my ARMA X Annaversiary addition box set to my friend so i can buy them on steam instead (sounds stupid but little things like this annoy me), can i resell the discs and will they work?

If you have already 'activated' ARMA 2 I am not sure, I would guess not to be honest. If you get in touch with Bohemia maybe there is a way you can "deactivate" the key (say you are getting a new pc or something?)?
