Basically my internal mic isn't working, i've looked everywhere and tried everything but it still hasn't worked (haven't uninstalled realtek drivers though) can anyone help me

Maybe uninstall the Realtek drivers and see if your mic works. What happen with me is that my headset's wire twisted as I put down on the computer desk, and the microphone (not the speakers) stop working.
I went on to sound and enabled the playback and it made a baffling sound. Enable your playblack and see if it makes a baffling sound for your microphone.
