Reasonable Laptop Budget.

Hello all

Not been here in a while.

The situation is that I've saved up a bit of money for a new spanking laptop and I was wondering if £2000 is enough or is too high.

If someone could recommened one that would be great, if you do take the time to do it for me I would like a nice big 17" laptop.

now, do you want it for just gaming, or do you want to be able to edit video's as well?

I shall be using it to game but if the machine could edit videos that would be great but the main job for it is gaming.

You could save some more money if you're not too bothered about the speed of boot/load times by dropping the SSD.
Also, you could drop down the CPU to 2.3ghz without noticing any performance loss in the majority of games; I just thought I'd future proof it abit seeing as you have a good amount of money available spend on it.
