Received my new laptop today and windows won't start.

Any ideas windows doesen't start keep getting a warning message that says:
Windows could not Finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart computer.

I pressed enter it restarts and keeps giving me the same message.


What do I do?

I'm not sure why that happens, it's almost as if the initial loading is incomplete and so when you first power it on and it tries to setup devices, it can't find the appropriate files. Unfortunately a reload is the only solution as far as I'm aware. Glad you got it sorted though. Have you got all available drivers? I personally wouldn't recommend using the install disc that comes with the PC/laptop or the PCS downloads section, but would go direct to CLEVO for all newest drivers, just go to the services tab, then downloads and enter the relevant chassis model number.
